New Delhi [India], May 31 (ANI): Accused in Delhi Excise policy case AAP MP Sanjay Singh's counsel on Friday informed the court that it will take 90 to 100 hours to inspect the documents at the ED office. Other counsel also mentioned the time they need for inspection.

Manish Sisodia and the other accused were produced through video conferencing (VC) from Jail. Special judge Kaveri Baweja granted time for inspection and listed the matter on July 3.

The court on Friday extended the judicial custody of Manish Sisodia and other accused in custody till July 3.

The court has asked the ED to supply a copy of the charge sheet filed against AAP MP Sanjay to other accused after redacting the name of protected witness.The court has also asked the ED to supply the charge sheet filed against K Kavitha.

The court has granted one month (June) to inspect the documents daily and conclude the inspection. The court has asked the counsel for the accused to depute two associates to inspect the documents. The court has asked ED to make appropriate arrangements for the inspection (ANI)
