Uttarkashi (Uttarakhand) [India], December 28 (ANI): An earthquake of magnitude 3.1 hit Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi in the early hours of Wednesday, according to National Centre for Seismology.

The earthquake struck at 2.19 am.
