Pune, September 3: A horrific crime shook the city of Pune when a 47-year-old home loan agent, Vasudeo Kulkarni, was hacked to death with a billhook by four individuals, including three minors after he declined to share his mobile phone's internet hotspot with them.

According to Senior Police Inspector Santosh Pandhare, the incident occurred around 10:30 pm on Saturday when Kulkarni was out for a walk near his residence. "The incident took place around 10:30 pm on Saturday night when Kulkarni, a home loan agent, was out for a stroll near his residence. The police have arrested Mayur Bhosale (20) and his three minor accomplices in connection with the case. The police are working to uncover the circumstances leading up to the brutal murder. Further investigation is underway.
