Jalna, Sep 8 (PTI) Maharashtra Minister of State for Dairy Development Arjun Khotkar on Sunday demanded a law ensuring 100 per cent reservation in jobs for local youths in the private sector.

The senior Shiv Sena leader said he would take up the issue with party president Uddhav Thackeray and Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

"Like Andhra Pradesh and other states, Maharashtra too need a law to ensure hundred per cent reservation for local youths in jobs in the private sector," the minister said addressing a job fair organised by the Sena.

He said due to rising unemployment local youths are facing hardships.
