Swiggy and Hero MotoCorp Partner To Offer Delivery Riders Affordable 2-Wheelers and Flexible Financing
Swiggy has partnered with Hero MotoCorp to offer delivery partners affordable vehicle ownership. Riders can select preferred Hero models via the Swiggy app for exclusive dealership pricing, backed by custom financing with up to 90 percent LTV and road safety training. Food delivery and quick commerce platform Swiggy announced a strategic partnership with Hero MotoCorp on Wednesday, September 2, to provide its delivery partners with access to affordable vehicle ownership options. Under the collaboration, Swiggy delivery partners can select their preferred Hero vehicle model directly through the Swiggy application to receive exclusive pricing at authorised Hero dealerships.
To support the purchase process, riders will also gain access to customized financing solutions. These options feature up to 90 percent Loan-to-Value (LTV) financing along with competitive interest rates, reports PTI. Speaking on the collaboration, Saurav Goyal, Chief Operating Officer of the Food Marketplace at Swiggy, highlighted the benefits of the initiative. "Through this exclusive partnership with Hero MotoCorp, we are making vehicle ownership more accessible with curated pricing, flexible financing, and a seamless purchase journey designed specifically for our delivery partners," Saurav Goyal said.
Ashutosh Varma, Chief Business Officer at Hero MotoCorp, emphasised the broader impact of the alliance on the gig workforce. "Our partnership with Swiggy reflects our commitment to making reliable, affordable mobility accessible to India's delivery partners, empowering them to enhance their earning potential while benefiting from Hero's trusted products and extensive service network," Ashutosh Varma said.
