Almost a year after Padmaavat, Ranveer Singh's next film, Gully Boy, is all set to be released. As if we are over Ranveer's terrific performance in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial. But, surely doesn't mean we are not ready to be enamoured by his acting in Zoya Akhtar's film, which has already been selected to premiere at the Berlinale Film Festival. The first teaser of Gully Boy will be released on the internet today. So, there is something to look forward to from this morning. The first few posters of the movie were released over the past couple of days that sent internet into a tizzy. We are sure the teaser is only going to make the matter more intense for the fans.

In Gully Boy, Ranveer will be seen playing the role of an aspiring rapper from the streets of Mumbai. The movie is based on real-life rap artists from Mumbai like DIVINE and Naezy. Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin also star in this musical drama. All you have to do to watch the teaser is to wait till 10:30 AM today. Impressed by his own presence in the teaser, Ranveer had recently said, " “I swear, if there was any other actor in this teaser and it wasn’t me, I would have been burnt to a crisp. I’d be so jealous. It is Mumbai. It’s hip-hop. It is me!”

“With Gully Boy, I was just concerned with just being in the moment. I wouldn’t concern myself with going to the monitor and checking what’s happening. So, I didn’t know how the film looked like. I didn’t see too many frames either. We finished shooting. Zoya went to New York for six months where she edited the film and it’s only recently that she had to dub a line for the teaser. I went in to the studio and I saw Gully Boy for the first time and I was like (stunned),” added Ranveer. Alia Bhatt And Ranveer Singh Spotted At Mumbai's Local Railway Station While Shooting For Gully Boy - View Pic.
