Hindustan Times reached out to Rakesh Roshan to clarify the rumours about Rajat Bedi's casting in Hrithik Roshan's upcoming superhero film Krrish 4. The filmmaker told the portal, "The news of Rajat Bedi acting in Krrish 4 is all false. There is no truth to any rumours."

Rajat Bedi made his acting comeback with Aryan Khan's debut directorial series The Ba***ds of Bollywood. In the Netflix series, Bedi plays the role of a washed-up actor who has been trying to make a comeback in the industry for 15 years. In an interview with News18, Bedi said that his character in the show was quite similar to real life, as he too had been trying to make a return to Bollywood.
