Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's Stree is going strong at the box office despite facing some stiff competition from The Nun. The movie that is touted as one of the best in the horror comedy genres is receiving all the love and appreciation from critics and fans alike. After a phenomenal performance in its first week and later, continuing the winning streak in its second, the film is still going strong in the third week. After a great weekend performance, the collections dropped slightly on it's third Monday, taking its total collection to Rs 85.60 crores. Is Rajkummar Rao the Reason Why Stree Is a Box Office Success? Shraddha Kapoor’s Reply Will Win Your Hearts.

Popular trade analyst, Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account to share its recent collections. He wrote #Stree maintains its strong pace on Day 11 [second Mon]... Biz was affected in some circuits due to bandh... [Week 2] Fri 4.39 cr, Sat 7.63 cr, Sun 9.88 cr, Mon 3.31 cr. Total: ₹ 85.60 cr. India biz.

Stree's great reviews and good word of mouth prompted makers to plan its sequel already. Producer Dinesh Vijan has already confirmed the sequel news and they are working on its script currently. Despite three Bollywood releases and a Hollywood one, Stree continues to wreak havoc at the box office. If all goes well, the film will soon enter the coveted Rs 100 crore club.
