Seems like re-releasing movies are going to be the next norm in Hollywood. After James Cameron's Avatar was re-released to give its fan a new and better experience, the goal behind Avengers: Endgame was to make it the highest-grossing movie ever. And speaking about Tom Hollan's Spider-Man: Far From Home, Sony Pictures has decided to follow the same suit to give audiences a better viewing experience. Tom Holland's last release will hit the screens in the US and Canada once again on August 29 and its fans across other countries have all the good reasons to cry.

The new version of Spider-Man: Far From Home will include four minutes of a never-before-seen action sequence, in addition to the original movie. Hopefully, it won't be as disappointing as Avengers: Endgame where fans had some high expectations pinned on its re-release version but the final cut simply lacked any 'wow' factor. The movie is already the highest grosser for Sony after it beat Skyfall's collection of $1.108 billion during its own global run.

Avatar's re-release was announced eight months after its theatrical release and four months after its DVD and Blu-ray prints were out. The goal here was to give a better experience to the viewers with an additional nine minutes of new content coupled with CGI effects. With no collections to beat at the box office and barely two months since its release, we are damn curious to apprehend the reason why Sony decided to go ahead with this move.
