The first test screening of the upcoming MCU movie, Captain Marvel has been held. Yes, some lucky people on this planet were invited to a test screening of the film, which has been waited for by the fans since the post-credits sequence of Avengers: Infinity War. The first trailer of Captain Marvel received a mixed reaction. But with the footage released subsequently, the movie garnered an overpoweringly positive buzz. The results from the first secret test screening are only going to add fuel to the fire. As per reports, the select few at the screening of the movie have loved it.

As per reports by ComicBook.com and CBR.com, the star of the show was Carol Danvers' cat Goose. That doesn't mean the movie is bad, at all. Maybe whatever arc the cat follows is just so damn good, that it stays longer. I mean took us a whole lot of time to actually to stop talking about Baby Groot and see Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2 as a whole.

Collider's Steven Weintraub took to Twitter and shared very few details.  "After it ended everyone was talking about the cat," he tweeted, "Stole the show. Must. See. This. Movie. Stat."

Well, we are amped up for sure.

Captain Marvel will follow the adventure of the titular superhero way before the Avengers' first mission. The movie is set in the '90s and also features a very young Nick Fury, played by Samuel L Jackson, alongside, Brie Larson playing the main role. Captain Marvel has been directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck. The movie also features Jude Law, Gemma Chan, Annette Bening, Djimon Hounsou, Clark Gregg and Ben Mendelsohn. It is set to release in India on March 8 in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
