The Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju-starrer comedy-drama Bethlehem Kudumba Unit continues to demonstrate steady momentum at the theatrical box office during the festive Onam period. On its fifth day of release, the film registered an estimated India net collection of INR 7.90 crore, marking a 14.5% daily growth over its previous day's earnings. According to box office tracking platform Sacnilk, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit expanded its daily earnings on Day 5 (Tuesday) from ₹6.90 crore earned on Day 4 (Monday). The performance follows an impressive debut weekend, where the film collected INR 8.80 crore on its first Sunday alone.

With these figures accounted for, the movie's total domestic footprint stands at an estimated INR 35.65 crore net and INR 41.65 crore gross across India. The film played across 2,597 shows on its fifth day, maintaining an overall domestic theatre occupancy rate of 69%. Evening and night shows saw the highest audience turnouts, recording 70.17% and 75.42% occupancy respectively, while morning and afternoon screenings registered 50.92% and 59.58%.

Territorial performance indicates that Kerala remains the primary market for the film, generating approximately INR 7.75 crore of the Day 5 gross earnings. Neighbouring states also contributed to domestic totals, with Karnataka adding ₹65 lakh and Tamil Nadu contributing INR 40 lakh.

In addition to its domestic momentum, international territories have contributed significantly to the film's total revenue. Bethlehem Kudumba Unit pulled in an additional INR 5.50 crore from overseas markets on Day 5, pushing its total cumulative international gross to INR 52.25 crore.
