Recently it was reported that Nach Baliye, which is all set to hit the television screens on July 19 with its ninth season (that is produced by Salman Khan), will replace Star Plus's show Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji. While the channel has decided to pull the plug on Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji, the actors do not seem to be happy with the decision of the makers. Yes, you read that right! The lead actress of Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji, Donal Bisht, who recently came on board as the female lead replacing Jasmin Bhasin, is really disappointed with the fact that Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji is going off-air in the first week of August and that her journey as Happy will end with it. Talking to Bombay Times, Donal said, "I wasn’t expecting things to turn out like this. It’s heartbreaking and I felt bad when we were informed that 'DTHHJ' will go off air. I had quite a few offers, but I chose this show, so it’s disheartening when the unexpected happens. However, I would like to believe that this has happened for the better." Meanwhile, Jasmin opted out of the show as she was apparently not comfortable playing mother to a young child on Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji. Also, Deepali Pansare of Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon fame was recently roped in to play the role of 'Meenu' in Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji post-5-year generation leap.
