During the latest hospital session, the Sasural Simar Ka actress received her planned immunotherapy infusion at a medical facility's day-care unit. Ibrahim revealed that Kakar also required a supplemental iron infusion because her recent blood tests indicated slightly low iron levels. Unlike her previous hospital visit, which required an overnight admission, this session was successfully completed as a day-care procedure. This allowed the couple to return home to their toddler son, Ruhaan, on the same evening.
