New Delhi, Aug 28: The Central Board of Secondary Education, which has 1,300-affiliated schools and colleges in Kerala, has announced a major relief to the flood-hit students. The CBSE will be uploading their key academic documents, including marksheets, migration certificates and pass certificate on the 'Digilocker', from where it could be downloaded.

The move, the Board said in its statement, will help students who have lost their original certificates and marksheets in the floods which ravaged Kerala earlier in the month.

The documents are kept in Parinam Manjusha, which is the digital repository maintained by the CBSE. The certificates and marksheets will be digitally signed using digital signature of Controller of Examinations of CBSE which make them legally valid digital document as per the IT Act.

Here's How to Download Certificates, Marksheets
