On November 22, the students at DU were shocked to know that their exams were just three days away after the officials published the timetable on the website late night. Since then, there was no further communication. On a sudden release of the exam dates, technically, about three days ahead, the students were left in stress. Indian Students Are Overburdened! One of the students earlier told The Indian Express, “When I called the office today, I was told my exams will start on Monday. That’s just three days away and I have no idea which paper it is, and when I’ll get my admit card. This clearly shows how much they care about students’ education.” Now according to the confirmed exam timetable, the first exam for third-semester students will begin from November 26 and that of first semester students will give their exams on November 30. Meanwhile, the officials of DU’s SOL denied the charges and said the delay in uploading the timetable of the exams was due to departments taking time in sending the final schedule.
