The Haryana Board of Secondary Education (HBSE/ BSEH) has postponed the compartment examinations for both class 10th and class 12th. Earlier, the exams were scheduled to be held on July 14 at various centres across the state. But the board has now announced a fresh date, and the compartment/ partial improvement/ additional/ mercy chance exams for both the classes will be conducted on July 15 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. All the registered candidates for this examination can download their admit cards from the official website of BSEH; bseh.org.in.

The results for class 10th and class 12th board exams 2018 were already announced by HBSE. Out of the total number of students who sat for the exams; 1,86,586 have passed class 10 and 1,41,973 scored in class 12th board exams. Students who got compartment in class 10 is 15, 526 and for class 12 it is 49,163. This year, about 8.25 lakh candidates sat for both class 10 and class 12 board exams in Haryana. The BSEH conducts the compartment exams for those who could not qualify or are unsatisfied with the marks scored in the board exams.

In an earlier statement, Haryana Board Chairman Dr Jagbir Singh said that in case if any compartment student is unable to download his or her admit card due to any technical glitches or whatsoever, can contact the board office on July 11 and rectify the errors. The admit card will then be issued to those students. Students must carry the hall tickets to get an entrance in the examination centre during the HBSE Compartment Exams 2018.
