The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has activated the registration process for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2019. All the NEET UG 2019 qualified candidates can now apply for MCC Round 1 counselling process, which the students can apply online till June 24, 5:00 pm. The MCC NEET 2019 registration can be done by visiting the official website; mcc.nic.in. This year, the entrance exam was conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), but the counselling continues to be conducted under MCC. The NEET counselling registration had begun on June 19, but it delayed till late evening. The delay in the procedure seemed to be caused due to technical issues. However, the same caused anxiety among the NEET 2019 aspirants who have been waiting for the link since June 19 morning. Now as the official link is live, students are advised to be quick with the online registration process.

NEET UG 2019 Counselling: Documents Required

  • NEET 2019 Admit Card
  • NEET 2019 Rank letter
  • Date of birth proof
  • Class 10th pass certificate
  • Class 12th pass certificate
  • Class 12th marks sheet
  • Eight passport-sized photographs. The photographs should be the same as the one used while applying for the examination.
  • Provisional allotment letter
  • Proof of identity
  • Reserved candidates should carry proof of same documents, issued by competent authority

How to Apply for NEET UG 2019 Counselling? 

  • Visit the official website; mcc.nic.in.
  • On the homepage, click the link stating, ‘UG Medical Counselling.’
  • Next, click on ‘new registration.’
  • You will be redirected to a new window.
  • Enter the required details and submit.
  • Make payment online and note that the fee is non-refundable.

Above 14 lakh candidates appeared in the NEET UG examination this year, for admission to medical and dental colleges. Students should at least score a minimum of 50% (40% for SC/ ST/ OBC and 45% for General-PH) to register for MCC counselling.
