The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) declared the results for the highly anticipated RRB Group D (Level 1) Computer-Based Test (CBT) on July 1, 2026. Out of more than 1.08 crore candidates who registered for the examination, a total of 63,295 candidates have officially qualified for the next round of the recruitment process. Along with the zone-wise merit lists, individual scorecards have been made active on the official candidate login portal hosted at rrb.digialm.com.

Candidates can access their scorecards online using their credentials until July 16, 2026.

How to Check Individual Scorecards

The RRB has activated a centralized digital login system to handle the high volume of traffic. Candidates looking to verify their section-wise marks, normalized scores, and specific qualifying status can follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Visit the official candidate login link via your respective regional RRB portal or directly go to rrb.digialm.com.
  • Step 2: On the login interface, enter your 16-digit Registration Number and Date of Birth (in DD-MM-YYYY format) as your password.
  • Step 3: Click the "Submit" button to access your personal candidate dashboard.
  • Step 4: Select the "Scorecard" tab to view your performance report, raw marks, and normalized final score.
  • Step 5: Download the PDF copy and print a clear page for your records, as this document will be mandatory during future selection rounds.

Zone-Wise Merit List and Cut-Off Marks

In tandem with individual scores, the board has published region-wise merit lists in PDF format across all 16 official RRB zones. These documents list the exact roll numbers of the candidates shortlisted for the subsequent Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Category-wise normalized cut-off marks vary depending on regional vacancy counts and local candidate performance. The general qualifying threshold for unreserved (UR) and EWS categories stood at a minimum of 40 percent marks, while OBC, SC, and ST applicants required at least 30 percent marks to remain eligible for shortlisting.

Background and Post Details

The computer-based testing phase was conducted in multiple shifts from November 27, 2025, to February 10, 2026. The mass recruitment drive, organized under the Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) 08/2024, is aimed at filling 32,438 Level-1 vacancies across Indian Railways.

Successful recruits will join the workforce in crucial technical and operational safety positions, including:

  • Track Maintainer Grade-IV
  • Assistant Pointsman
  • Loco Shed Assistant
  • TL & AC Assistant (Train Lighting & Air Conditioning)
  • Signal and Telecom Assistant

Selected personnel will be placed under Pay Level-1 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC), drawing an initial basic pay of ₹18,000 per month alongside standard allowances like Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA).

Next Steps in the Selection Process

The overall selection framework consists of four distinct phases: the Computer-Based Test (CBT), the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification (DV), and a final Medical Examination.

With the CBT phase concluded, the shortlisting ratio for the PET stage was kept at approximately three times the number of community-wise vacancies. The Physical Efficiency Tests are tentatively scheduled to commence in August 2026. The respective regional Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs) will issue specific schedules and electronic call letters closer to the event dates.
