Details of the Incident Involving Influencer Rupali Dixit
According to digital records shared by Dixit on her social media account, X (formerly Twitter), she was travelling on the Vivek Express (Train No. 15228) when the encounter took place. She reported that the individual was positioned in the second general coach from the engine as the train travelled between Bolpur Junction and Dankuni in West Bengal. Dixit managed to film the passenger from across the platform or adjacent coach door to document the misconduct. Describing the ordeal in her online post, she stated, "Today I was travel in Vivek Express when I Stand at coach door ,this guy behave badly and giving me sign of s*xual". The video clearly captures the man repeatedly making obscene, s*xually suggestive physical gestures in her direction. "He was Travelling in a 15228- SMVT Express in 2nd General coach from Engine and now he was reaching to Dankuni Jn," her post read.

No Passenger Matching the Description Was Found, Says RPF Howrah Division

Official Railway Response
Following rapid amplification of the video across digital networks, official railway grievance handles intervened to acknowledge the matter. RailwaySeva, the digital support arm of the Ministry of Railways, replied saying, "We will require your journey details (PNR / UTS no.) & mobile no. preferably via DM. You may also raise your concern directly on http://railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in or dial 139 for speedy redressal". Additionally, the official handle of RPF Eastern Railway and Railway Protection Force Howrah Division also responded to Dixit's post. The RPF Eastern Railway said that they have registered a complaint in connection with the incident. In a follow-up post, RPF HOWRAH DIV said that they promptly checked the indicated coach at Dankuni but did not find any passenger matching the description. "Concerned RPF officials have been sensitised to maintain strict vigilance and prevent the recurrence of such incidents," the post added.
