The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the Group D Physical Efficiency Test (PET) result last month, and the qualified candidates will now appear for the document verification process. The RRB 2018-19 admit card for the Group D document verification procedure is already available online at the official website; rrbcdg.gov.in and the Railways Recruitment Cell (RRC) site; rrc-wr.com. From today, April 12 onwards, the RRB Group D document verification will be conducted by the Indian Railway for those who have cleared the Computer-Based Test (CBT I, II) and PET 2019. Apart from the official websites; RRB Group D admit card for document verification can also be accessed through the regional sites of the Indian Railway. On the homepage of the RRC official web portal, a link stating "Call Letter for Document Verification in Western Railway," can be seen activated for candidates to download the admit card for the final stage of the recruitment process that began in 2018. Check RRC Group C Important Dates & Vacancy Details Here. 

RRB Group D Documents Needed for Verification Process

  • Class 10, 12 passing certificate
  • NCVT, SCVT certificate
  • SC/ ST, OBC/ NCL certificate, if applicable
  • Non-creamy layer certificate
  • Income certificate
  • Transgender certificate, if applicable
  • Jammu and Kashmir certificate
  • Death certificate of a spouse to those who are a widow
  • Ex-servicemen candidates securing civil employment
  • Photocopy of an Aadhaar card
  • Original certificate of ex-servicemen discharge
  • NOC from the employer

It shall be noted that candidates who have cleared the RRB Group D PET, will be allowed to participate in the document verification process. Those who can provide the required documents, will be hired for the available jobs in the Railway RRB Group D cadre. Without the hard copy of the admit card issued by RRB/ RRC, candidates will not be allowed to participate in the document verification process.
