Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, on Thursday, launched a scathing attack on their ally Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), during his rally on the occasion of Dussehra. While addressing his party workers at the iconic Shivaji Park in Mumbai, the Shiv Sena chief raked up the issue of Ram Temple. Tearing into the BJP Thackeray said, “We are saddened that Ram Mandir has not been constructed yet.” He also added, “We warn everyone who thinks that Hindutva has died. We are still alive.”
Following the demise of Veteran Congress leader and former Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Narayan Datt Tiwari, the Uttarakhand Government has announced a three-day state mourning in the state. During the mourning period, the national flag will be flown at half-mast in all govt offices throughout the state.
