Tirupati, October 6: In a shocking incident, a retired judge and his wife allegedly committed suicide on Friday. According to a report published in Hindustan Times, their bodies were found on the railway track outside Andhra Pradesh’s temple town of Tirupati. The mutilated bodies of 62-year-old Pamuluru Sudhakar and his fifty-six wife Varalakshmi were recovered from the railway tracks near Chadalavada Engineering College in Renigunta which is 10 km from Tirupati.

According to the report, both believed to have died within a few hours of each other. As per the police, Sudhakar allegedly committed suicide in the afternoon by throwing himself under a train. He was retired as an additional district judge. In his suicide note, he wrote that he was ending his life because he was unable to bear the trauma of the kidney disease. Sudhakar’s wife ended her life in the same manner after she went to the spot where he committed the suicide, reported Hindustan Times. Son and daughter of the couple are working as software professionals in Bengaluru. After hearing the news both rushed to the news. According to the report, the deceased couple were living in an apartment at Tiruchanuru alone after Sudhakar’s retirement. The police have started an investigation into the case, and the bodies were sent for post-mortem.
