New Delhi, November 4: To commemorate Diwali, the United Nations has issued a postal stamp. The UNs postal agency has come out with a special stamp sheet having the symbols of light - diyas, on them. The price of the sheet with stamps is $14.95 which approximately Rs 1100. The stamps are also available on the UN website. Meanwhile, the United States Postal Service (USPS) had in October 2016 launched a commemorative stamp in honour of the festival of Diwali.
