Responding to the allegations against him, Kalyan Bainsla said that the sequence shown in the viral videos did not present the complete picture. "They were repeatedly coming in front of me and then slowing down the bike," he said. "Am I going around hitting everyone? You can check the CCTV," he added. Bainsla also claimed that the bikers turned their motorcycle without looking into the car's mirror and lost control, thereby resulting in the collision. "Let's assume that the collision happened accidentally. I accept that a mistake happened," Bainsla said. He also stated that he had been asking the biker riders to ride more slowly rather than attempting to hit them. "I was also saying in the video that you are riding well, but ride slowly. Don't keep troubling me repeatedly," he said. Bainsla also insisted that the complete video of the incident should be examined.
