- Section 109: Attempt to murder (added subsequently after initial filing)
- Section 281: Rash driving
- Section 125: Act endangering life or personal safety of others
- Section 78: Stalking
- Section 79: Word, gesture, or act intended to insult a woman's modesty
Background of the Incident
The case originated after social media creator Shivani Chauhan (known online as Sia) posted helmet/bike-mounted dashcam footage on Sunday, September 13.
