Pulwama, June 17: Terrorists lobbed a grenade at Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) 180 Battalion's Headquarters in Tral area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday. The grenade exploded outside the camp. No injuries or casualties have been reported as of now. The entire area has been cordoned off. More details still awaited.

Earlier in the day, terrorists also attempted to attack a mobile vehicle patrol of 44 Rashtriya Rifles with a vehicle based improvised explosive device (IED) at Arihal village of Pulwama. Soldiers of 44 RR received on minor injuries in the attack. Security forces have cordoned off the entire area. These attacks came days after the terrorist attack in Anantnag. Five Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel and one Jammu and Kashmir cop Arshad Khan were martyred in the attack. Wreath laying ceremony of Khan was held at District Police Lines in Srinagar on Monday.
