CM Mamata Banerjee had met the PM and that the state was against the new Citizenship Act. Also, she made her point that her state government is against the CAA, NRC and NPR. In another news, a top media outlet "identified" a masked female arsonist who was spotted using a rod in the videos in the Jawaharlal Nehru University campus during January 5 violence. The woman, said to be Komal Sharma from Daulat Ram College of Delhi University, is a member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) -- the students' wing of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). On Saturday, Indian Army Chief Major General Mukund Naravane said that the elite security forces have the ability and are ready to occupy the Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK), provided there is a parliamentary resolution that entire Jammu and Kashmir is part of India.
