Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak visited the disaster site to oversee the final stages of the room-by-room clearance operation. Exhaust fans were integrated into the structure to clear toxic fumes so that first responders could systematically search the classrooms, a library, an animation center, a game zone, and the building's restrooms.

Several students attempted to seek safety by locking themselves inside washrooms, while others sustained critical fractures and injuries after jumping from the upper levels to avoid the flames. A group of students trapped inside a washroom was successfully navigated out by rescue personnel during the initial sweeps.
Casualty Details: Ambulances and regional hospitals were placed on high alert as the incident unfolded. Multiple injured persons have been shifted to the trauma centre at King George's Medical University (KGMU) for urgent clinical treatment.
