Allegations Detailed in Complaint
According to the complaint, the accused has been identified as Clement Pillay alias Rohit Xaviers. The woman alleged that he befriended her through social media and assured her that he would marry her. She claimed that this promise formed the basis of their relationship and that he later reneged on the commitment.
She further alleged that after recording the private video without her knowledge, the accused began threatening to release it online if she did not comply with his demands. Among the allegations is that he sought INR 50,000 to delete the video and continued to intimidate her by threatening to make the MMS viral. Loan Allegation

Social Worker's Statement
Janta Foundation's Zeeshan Siddiqui said the woman approached the organisation alleging that she had been in a relationship with Clement Pillay aka Rohit Xaviers, who had made repeated promises of marriage before allegedly exploiting and blackmailing her.
Based on the woman's complaint, Nagpur Police have registered a case against the accused. Officials said an investigation is underway to verify the allegations and gather evidence.
