Mumbai, April 1: Days after a video of man making lemon juice with unhygienic water at Kurla station went viral, another shocking video has emerged from Bandra station. The video, that went viral on social media on Saturday, shows a rat stuck inside a counter of a food stall at Bandra Railway station where packaged bottles were stored. According to a report by Mid-Day, Senior Inspector of Government Railway Police (Bandra), Sunil Jadhav was quoted saying that a commuter spotted a rat moving inside the storage counter on March 30 around 8.30 pm, shot a video of it and then posted the video on Twitter. Soon after, the Western Railway authorities directed the shop owner to shut it down until further orders. The incident at the Bandra station comes days after a food stall on the Kurla railway station on the Central Line was sealed for allegedly selling poor quality lemon water to customers. On March 26, the incident came to light when a video of a stall worker preparing lime juice using water from an overhead tank went viral on social media. In a video that went viral, the worker is purportedly seen using water from the tank, placed over the stall, for preparing lime juice. The lemon juice was being prepared under unhygienic condition and was unfit for human consumption.
