The driver of the truck also succumbed to his injuries due to the force of the crash. Emergency response teams, including the Highway Police and Pulgaon Police personnel, arrived at the site shortly after the collision to launch rescue operations. Officials worked to clear the wreckage and restore the regular flow of traffic on the high-speed corridor, which experienced brief disruptions. The sole survivor of the crash, identified as the cleaner of the Eicher truck, sustained critical injuries. Emergency responders transported him to a nearby medical facility, where he is currently undergoing treatment.
