When the younger boy refused, the teenager allegedly panicked out of fear that the encounter would be disclosed to others. He then used a towel to strangle the victim to death. Following the incident, law enforcement authorities apprehended the teenager. Given his status as a minor, he has been booked under relevant legal provisions, including murder and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
