The announcement is pending by the Returning Officer. In Ballari and Mandya, Congress & JDS are leading by huge margins.
JDS set to win Mandya Lok Sabha seat by a massive margin. The lead now stands at 2,25,827 votes over the BJP. JDS tally is 3,74,355 votes while BJP languishes behind at 1,48,528 votes.
The BJP has polled 2,71,771 votes after nine rounds of counting on the Shivamogga Lok Sabha seat. The JDS is no. 2 with 2,38,807 votes. BJP workers have started celebrations.

Bengaluru, November 6: The counting of votes for the bye-elections in Karnataka’s three Lok Sabha seats – Shivamogga, Ballari and Mandya, which were held on November 3, 2018, will be done today, Tuesday, and the results for the seats will be announced as well.
A voter turnout of 63.85% was recorded in Ballari, 61.05% in Shivamogga and 53.93% in Mandya.
The by-elections were necessitated after Yeddyurappa (Shivamogga) and Sriramalu (Ballari), and C S Puttaraju of the Janata Dal (Secular) (JD(S)) resigned as MPs on their election to the assembly in May this year.
In the Lok Sabha constituency of Shimoga, vacated by BJP veteran BS Yeddyurappa for his son BS Raghavendra, 61.05 per cent polling was registered. In Ballari, the constituency vacated by mining baron and BJP leader B Sriramulu, 63.85 per cent voter-turnout was recorded.
