The Lok Sabha election results of Supaul constituency has been declared by the Election Commission of India (ECI). Dileshwar Kamait of the Janata Dal (United) has been declared the winner. The seat was contested in the third phase of general elections 2019, held on April 23. The ECI released the notification for the final phase of polls - in a total of 59 seats - on March 28. Candidates were allowed to file their nominations till the last date of April 4. The electoral battle in Supaul is primarily between the NDA, which has fielded JD(U) leader Dileshwar Kamait, whereas, the Mahagathbandhan has issued ticket to the sitting Congress MP Ranjeet Ranjan.

In the 2014 general elections, the Supaul seat was won by Ranjan of the Congress. The runner-up from the constituency was JD(U)'s Kamait, who lost by a margin of nearly 60,000 votes.
