Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with senior BJP leader LK Advani and Vice President of India Venkaiah Naidu payed floral tributes to Bapu at Rajghat. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also enunciated the "Four P Formula" called political leadership, public funding, partnerships and people's participation for the Swachh Bharat Mission to become successful and to make the world a cleaner place for everyone to inhabit.
