The Great Khali's Workout

As per hungryforever.com, The Great Khali works out six days in a week where he gives his body rest on Saturdays. On Day one, that is Sunday he trains his chest muscles where he does all form of bench exercises along with push-ups. On Tuesday he does cardio exercises while on Monday, Wednesday and Friday he trains his arms, shoulder, trapezius muscles, legs and core.

The Great Khali's Diet

Considering the huge size of The Great Khali, we shouldn't be surprised by his massive daily diet. According to hungryforever.com, The Great Khali starts his day with fruit juices and fruits, two quarts of milk, eight eggs and 100g of dry fruits. After that, he drinks a lot of water and goes on a short walk. The wrestler then eats chicken and bread for breakfast.

The Great Khali's lunch includes curry, pulses, vegetables, wheat bread, rice, a kilogram of chicken, eggs along with some more dry fruits. While for dinner, the former WWE star eats cheese, legumes, vegetables, 10 wheat bread, brown rice, chicken and six eggs followed by two litres of milk with ice post-dinner.

The Great Khali has introduced Punjabi Prison match in WWE. He retired in November 2014 from WWE as he returned to India to train aspiring WWE superstars. Khali is indeed a fitness idol for the youngsters who are thinking of making wrestling their profession.
