Actor Rajpal Yadav on Wednesday took to social media warning people about the negative effects of the selfies. Talking about a character (Selfie Don) he is playing in his next film 'Shaadi Teri Bajayenge Hum Band' the actor known for his comic roles says how people forget "self-love". The actor says how people click selfies "by the edge sea shores and on mountain cliffs" not thinking if the next moment can be dangerous or not.

While the character of 'selfie don' is someone who is obsessed with taking selfies, Yadav warns his fans saying one should think more of self-love. His post reads, "While I enact someone who is crazy about taking selfies, I feel it is my duty as a responsible adult to let all my viewers know that keep up your love for self but, not at the expense of your own life."

In the post, he also talks about how people have lost their lives in reckless incidents while taking selfies. He further writes, "Self love is the most common idea of love and each one of us should love ourself. But, not at the cost of losing our very life."

'Shaadi Teri Bajayenge Hum Band' is a comedy-drama to be released on March 23, 2018. Rahul Bagga, Rohit Kumar, Dilbagh Singh, Mushtaq Khan are playing pivotal roles in the movie. Yadav studied acting in the Bhartendu Natya Academy in Lucknow from 1992 to 1994. He went to National School of Drama in Delhi and thereafter moved to Mumbai in 1997.
