In an astonishing disclosure, Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami’s wife Hasin Jahan has accused him of having multiple extra-marital affairs, torturing her mentally and physically for more than two years. Jahan shared a series of photos and screenshots of the Indian cricketer’s alleged chats with many women. Shami’s wife claimed she found her husband’s phone along with some male contraceptives hidden in his BMW car. In an exclusive interview with ABP News, Jahan said that Shami’s acts are for more evil and disgraceful and has relationships with multiple women. Jahan has also accused Shami’s family members.

She has alleged his mother and brother to have been abusive to her. She went on to even claim that in the last two years they have made attempts to kill her and the torture used to continue late in the night till 2 – 3 in the morning. Jahan is planning to take legal action against her husband. She further claims that Shami tortured her after returning from South Africa where the Indian team was playing three-match Test series in January.

On enquiring why, she had not already filed a complaint before, Jahan said that she tried to convince herself for the sake of her family and daughters, but the harassment continued and once she found obscene chats with multiple women, she decided to break her silence. She also added that she had verbally intimated the Jadavpur police station back in January once she returned to Kolkata from Uttar Pradesh.

Shami is an Uttar Pradesh born cricketer and currently resides in Kolkata with his wife and daughter. Currently, there hasn’t been any response on the allegations from Shami. He is in Dharamsala for the Deodhar Tophy tri-series. Shami has always been vocal about his relationship with his wife. The revelation comes as a jolt because the right-arm fast bowler has always stood by his wife, fighting social media trolls.
