An animated Batman Beyond film was in the works at Warner Bros. The status of the project is unknown as of now following James Gunn and Peter Safran forming DC Studios.
Prior to the formation of DC Studios, an animated Batman Beyond film was in development at Warner Bros Discovery. However, the status of the project is unknown as of now due to James Gunn and Peter Safran running the show now. This will be the second Batman Beyond project that DC had in development, with the first being a live action film starring Michael Keaton.
