International Yoga Day 2021: Pooja Batra Kickstarts Her Day By Performing a Tripod Headstand (Watch Video)
Apart from this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also announced the launch of the M-Yoga app for yoga training videos. The app will be available worldwide in different languages, PM Modi said that the application will play a 'great role' in expanding yoga across the globe.
On the occasion of International Yoga Day 2021, Pooja Batra shared a video of herself doing the Tripod Headstand or the Ardha Salamba Sirsasana. The actress added her own twist to this yoga aasan.
