Welcome 3: Shoot of Akshay Kumar-Starrer to Be Stalled, FWICE Issues Non-Cooperative Directive Against Firoz Nadiadwala over Non-Payment of Dues

It was on September 10 when the makers of Welcome To The Jungle aka Welcome 3 confirmed the release date of this comedy flick. Slated to be released on December 20, 2024, the latest buzz is that the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has asked Akshay Kumar and other cast members to stall shoot of Welcome 3. As per reports, FWICE has issued non-cooperative directive against Firoz Nadiadwala over non-payment of dues. The ace producer is apparently yet to clear pending dues amounting to Rs 2 crore. FWICE President BN Tiwari told ETimes, “Firoz Nadiadwala had paid the technicians of Welcome 2 in 2015 and the amount was about Rs 4 crore, which was later reduced to Rs 2 crore. However, Nadiadwala stopped payment of the cheque after we deposited it.” Welcome To The Jungle to Release on December 20, 2024!
