Telugu actress Hema was arrested by the Central Crime Branch in connection with a Bengaluru rave party case on May 19. As per a report by Deccan Chronicle, the Telugu Movie Artistes Association has lifted her suspension. The decision came after a thorough discussion by the executive committee, led by President Vishnu Manchu, who proposed the revocation. Hema, who had previously tested negative for drugs and sought support from her colleagues, can now resume her acting career. A source shared, “She sought the support of her colleagues since her image was tarnished a bit due to media trials after allegations. She found support from many colleagues and the association ruled in her favour a week ago.” The report also shared that Madala Ravi, the guild’s vice president, confirmed the news stating, “It is true that we have revoked the suspension on Hema based on the majority decision of the committee members led by president Vishnu Manchu since our association meant to protect interests of our members.” Telugu Actress Hema Arrested By CCB in Connection With Bengaluru Rave Party Case.
