The incident occurred at approximately 5:50 PM. Station security and control personnel immediately cut power to the tracks as standard safety protocol. Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) temporarily truncated services, running operations only between Electronic City and Bommasandra while emergency teams responded. Police are currently verifying the deceased man's identity to establish a cause. Metro officials confirmed normal services were restored following the clearance operation.
