Rajinikanth will be next seen in TJ Gnanavel's action drama Vettaiyan. Going by the posters, the Tamil superstar is expected to play a copy in the film. The makers of the film created an online frenzy after they released the first track, titled "Manasilaayo", which was crooned by Anirudh Ravichander. Amidst the hype, the makers have introduced actress Ritika Singh's character, Roopa, with a video. In the video, Ritika Singh's character, Roopa, appears to be a cop who will likely assist Rajinikanth on his evil-erasing missions in the film. Vettaiyan also features Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier and Dushara Vijayan in pivotal roles.
