Telangana CM Revanth Reddy slammed Allu Arjun for his lack of empathy after the 'Pushpa 2' stampede, where a woman died and her son was injured.
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy criticised Allu Arjun for his conduct during the Pushpa 2: The Rule premiere stampede at Sandhya Theatre on December 4. Addressing the Assembly on December 21, Reddy claimed that despite being informed of the death of a woman (Revathi) and her son (Sri Tej) being critically injured, Arjun initially refused to leave the theatre. The politician claimed that the actor was denied police permission to attend the event and only left after the police threatened him with arrest. Reddy further stated that Arjun’s arrival in an open-top car, despite the theatre having only one entrance, caused chaos, leading to the stampede.
