House of the Dragon is a Game of Thrones prequel set 200 years before the events of A Song of Ice and Fire. With Paddy Considine retiring as King Viserys, the actor posted a heartfelt note on social media saying goodbye to his character.
With episode eight of House of the Dragon, Paddy Considine played the role of Viserys Targaryen one final time. Penning a heartfelt note on Instagram and bidding goodbye to the character, Considine gave special thanks to Sian Brooke, who appeared briefly as Queen Aemma in HOTD, King Viserys' wife.
