Marakkar: Lion of the Arabian Sea aka Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham starring Mohanlal in the lead role is all set to drop on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video on December 17, after it's theatrical release. Earlier, the movie was released on the theatres on December 2. And, the historical drama has received mixed responses from the audience and the critics. The synopsis of the epic war drama reads, " Set in the 16th century Calicut, the film is based on the fourth Kunjali Marakkar, the admiral of the fleet of the Zamorin."
