The Delhi Traffic Police on Wednesday took to Twitter and shared a few tips and guidelines on how to help road accident victims. "Call 112 or take the injured person to the hospital in your own vehicle, as the first hour 'Golden Hour' is the most precious thing to save someone's life!," tweeted Delhi Traffic Police along with the tips and guidelines.
