Ahead of the opening of Central Vista Avenue by PM Narendra Modi on Thursday, Delhi Traffic Police has issued an advisory for smooth vehicular movement. On the occasion, Delhi police have said that special arrangements have been made for traffic from 6 pm to 9 pm today. Citizens are advised to plan their journey accordingly.
