A deeply disturbing incident has come to light in Delhi, where a middle-aged man, identified as Pawan Malhotra, was allegedly filmed engaging in sexual acts with a female dog. Reportedly, an FIR has been lodged against the accused for bestiality, invoking relevant sections of the IPC, including Section 377, which deals with unnatural offences. The FIR was registered at the Rajouri Garden police station by a member of People for Animals (PFA) on September 14. The member brought to the police's attention Pawan Malhotra's repeated acts of sexual violence against stray dogs, emphasising that if left unchecked, such behaviour could escalate to heinous crimes against women as well.
